Sunday, Oct. 18th: ATS Workshops with Joy Herbst
All Tribal Bellydance - including tribal fusion - is rooted in American Tribal Style. Learn posture, movement vocabulary, and dancer communication from the original Tribal. All styles & levels welcome.

10am-1pm: Intro to ATS - basic movements, cues, and stylization. $50 before Oct. 1, $60 after.

2pm-4pm: Formations & Transitions - advanced combos & formations, including stage & performance considerations. $35 before 10/1, $45 after. Only prerequisite: the morning workshop.

About Joy

Joy Herbst of Connecticut is a certified teacher of American Tribal Style belly dance - and is a very proud Sister Studio of Fat Chance Belly Dance. She has danced as a member of folkloric dance troupe Kadira Noor, led by Nerine Avital, and went on to direct her own troupe of rascally dancers in Melange Gitan, a dark cabaret theatrical fusion troupe.
