  Looks like Neckleman's to me... And while that vendor may make their own costumes, (a) they probably won't turn out as pictured - since they stole someone else's photos, and (b) you always gotta wonder about a vendor's ethics who is willing to steal photos.

        that's just goofy- what looks like the picture of the actual costume is not the same as the suspected theft photo- if you are making knock off products & have a real photo of what you actually made, why include your "inspiration" photo so everyone knows it's a knock-off?
        
        & yeah, neckelmanns is good about checking & responding to email.
