Does the opportunity to leave feeback on an eBay purchase expire? I can't find anything saying so on the site itself, but it seems that it expires around 60 days or so from the date of purchase.
Here's the problem... I ordered something on 4/23. It was supposed to take *up to 8 weeks* to be shipped to me -- which in & of itself is pretty darn close to 60 days. HOWEVER, I *still* have yet to receive the item -- we're well over 60 days now. So, how am I supposed to leave feedback before 60 days when I haven't even received the item yet?
Anyone know how I can get back the option to leave feedback on this item when (and IF) I receive it???
