I just got this in the mail today and tried the first section. This does have chaptering which is nice so you can work on the sections you want. Its about one hour but it is almost continuous drilling of hip moves with accents and in combo's I've not seen before. For instance you do the right forward, left center, right back and left center with a rather large hip circle on it. I"ve never seen this combo again. I also did a back half circle with an accent at the end. I watched most of it while working but did the first part and enjoyed it. I will be doing the whole DVD as soon as I can. I really enjoyed it. I also got her Belly dance Drillz and intermediate variations which looks to be like a 50 min continuous drilling of moves. I watched it and it was great. I want to do that one as soon as I get a minute.
