This class will consist of different isolation and layering techniques and drills, Focusing on articulation and brainteaser type drills to break up muscle memory. These would be incorporated in little combinations to be used for practice or in choreography. All Levels welcome. Warmup is yoga based. $30 at the door.

This workshop will focus on the anatomy behind poping & locking bellydance moves in a way that accents performance music & shows how to capture an audience with smoothe, velvety transitions of posture, weight shifts, & level changes.
