Okay, so not the greatest turn out for buyers/traders, but I am pleased that so many vendors showed up. We had a couple who were MIA, but I don't think we could have fit them in anyway.

Do we want to keep promoting this and working on it for another try in the Fall?

What sort of stuff are you going to bring?

Just to get the interest going -
If you know your going to sell .. what sort of stuff are you going to bring?

I do tye dye - so there will be all sorts of colorful things! Pants.. mostly.
Found a bucket full of scarves for the hips, loads of veils, cotton harem pants galore!
My highest ticket item will likely be a beautiful 10 yard (I call it my 40 hr. skirt - it took that long to make!) its got double layers of gathered ruffle for color and flow. Matching pants! Worn once. I hate to part with it but the skirt deserves to be up on stage and danced in.

... and Im still looking for more stuff! ....

We've had such a great response now that I feel comfortable extending the hours for the swapmeet.

So, we'll be open to sell, trade, or buy from 3 to 6 p.m.!!

Vendors for the Bellydance Swapmeet in Placerville -
I'll be opening the doors at 2 p.m. to get you set up. Bring your $10, table, blanket for the floor, hangers, etc.

Once you drop off your items, you will need to move your car so the next vendor can reach the door.

During the event, the parking area will be full with vendor cars, so guests will need to park on the street. (This is at the request of the tennant below to avoid his driveway being blocked)

WHAT I NEED -
I'll be posting a flyer for this event soon.
I need every vendor, guest, supporter, etc. to print it and distribute it. PLEEEEEEZE!!

Promotion is everything.

Anybody want to bring snacks to share???

What time can we go in and start to set up before the public can come in?
Is there an area to park and unload or a distance to haul/carry from car to building?

Will you have food/water avaliable for the public?
