urban tribal dance company is known for exceptional technique,
powerful movements, and innovative combinations and choregraphies. in
this four hour intensive workshop heather shares insights into their
groundbreaking modern tribal fusion style through a core awakening
warm up and movement drills. then we will string movements together
into exciting new combinations that can be used in improvisation and
in choreography. please bring a yoga mat.
