I think she looks like a talented dancer - its just a shame they've gone down the route of showgirl exotic dancer rather than educating the british public about middle eastern dance. I wish she'd dance to some great arabic music!!
Just a shame really as it perpetuates the idea that the general public have about bellydancers being purely for male enjoyment.

Disclaimer!!! I am NOT dissing the dancer, she's fine, and i know that she will have been told to up the sexy stuff as that is what makes people turn on the telly.

I'd love to have hair like hers. Impossible to assess how good she is with the way they cut the performance though!

I think it's hard to judge from her performance how good a bellydancer she is. She's a good dancer for sure, but I don't feel she managed to demonstrate much in the way of authentic bellydance. She certainly knew what would get her the votes though!
