This workshop will include a conditioning warm up, drills for thrills, and tribal fusion 'cool bits' to keep yourself on the cutting edge - cool tunes(Tobin & more!), cool moves - stuff you don't wanna miss... pushing the boundaries to new limits!
This workshop will include energy work to maximize our grounding and connection to the music, plus, some of my favorite styles to fuse - Tribal vocabulary, Classical Indian dance & Hip Hop influences - short pieces of choreography - to bring the summer session to a close and "Rock it!"

*bring yoga mat (if you have one) & water!
