wanting to start up our little local chapter or belly dance fiber meetings???

Gigi aka Georgina said she wants to start meeting...anyone else for my house say Wednesday mornings around 11?

    I know you said "anyone else" (meaning besides me!) but I just want to emphasize the fact that this could be really fun and really beneficial to all beginning fiber people like me....
    I can try to make that time since I work around the corner from you... but I'd only be able to stay 45 minutes.

    Still though, I'm game!!!

      I wish I could but it's a hike from New Jersey. I'll think of you gals while I'm spinning, though! I finished another hank of purple 2-ply handspun on my drop spindle last night and it's drying now. I need to get a bigger spindle for plying, I think - the yarn barely fits on my little drop spindles!

      Anyway, good luck with your meeting!! I hope it grows!!

        well I've probably been the stick in the mud slowing this down! I have to leave for the U.K. in two weeks and have to finish up some orders for costume stuff, and my own costume etc... so I cancelled! But I hope we can meet next week at my house! I just remembered that I can't do it on Wednesday because my daughter is graduating, so what about Thursday? Let me know If that works out for ya'll.
        Gigi- if you have an alternate time that works better please speak up! We should have a time that works for everyone ok?

          I like mornings... like early, when it's quiet and the only noises are birds chirping.
          But what about you? Would you want to do a 7 am knitting hour??
          Otherwise, late afternoons like on saturday or Sundays (I work those dreadful 8-5 hours) but I know how weekends can be. Or a lunch hour- like Tuesday between noon and 1!
