I am a 30 (almost 31) year old belly dancer living in the Shelbyville, Indiana area. I am currently instructing beginning and intermediate level classes in this area. I have been dancing and performing for over 5 years, and I am alumni of the Troupe Taleeba Performing Company from Fort Wayne, Indiana. My real name is Amy Phillippe, but I dance under the name Ambriehl Saroj.
I have three children-a 7 year old daughter, Jasmine Natane (pronounced (Nuh-TAWN-ee), a 5 year old son, Raiden Acheta (pronounced Uh-KAY-tuh) , and a newborn baby that I gave birth to 19 days ago-on August 11th, named Saber Phoenix Tyree. I am married to an engineer, a Native American man named Jason.
I am currently recuperating from the birth of my baby, and slowly getting back into the swing of exercise/dancing.
I performed up until I was 7 months pregnant with this baby, and I taught up until 36 weeks pregnant-and gave birth at 36 1/2 weeks. :-)
I am glad that I found this tribe...hope to share a lot with other dancing mothers. :)
