How is everyone doing?

I've been very busy lately. I think my hectic schedule is affecting my injuries. My ankle and lateral calf have been shooting excruciating pain. I have been doing therapy on it, but carrying boxes up and down stairs has not helped!

Other than that, things have been pretty good dance-wise. I have really been enjoying teaching a private student.

So, how are you?

Better than I have, though endometriosis keeps thwarting my practice time and I'm still trying really hard to bear more weight on my left hip so my right one will learn how to pop and lock and be all smooth like the other one.

That's a lot of water to be carrying. I really have an issue with medical professionals not listening to their patients. Who knows their body better? The standard of B/P control is much tighter with lower parameters of normal than in years past. I am glad you have finally been treated and are feeling better.

    Thanks for asking about everyone.

I am doing pretty well. I just got back from a vacation in San Francisco.

The biggest "ugh" that I had was on Alcatraz. The advertisement about walking up 13 stories is correct. I am stubborn and didn't listen to my daughter's advice to take the tram up the hill. By the time I had to go back down the 13 stories to the ferry I could barely walk. My limping sway was horribly noticable.

There is apparently some danger on the dock platform thing if people loiter or stop walking. When the ferry worker took a look at me she held everyone back and had me walk onto the ferry, on my daugher's arm, before boarding anyone else.

    Ugh.
