I love her facial expressions and passion. To me that is what makes a beautiful dancer. The love for what you are doing shining through the performance.

First of all, you will not find a kinder or more supportive dancer anywhere, she truly loves to see dancers empowered through dance. Graceful, charming and cute as a button with her adorable accent, she is a true role model for dancers everywhere! I love Amira!

I swore to myself that I wouldn't go into the specifics of this anymore, but Amira's 101 DVD was the first BD DVD I bought after a traumatic event. I wrote her an email telling her how soothing I found BD to be--far more so than therapy--and then proceeded to vomit out my life story (pretty obnoxious of me, I'll admit).

Instead of being put off, she wrote me back--immediately--and said some of the kindest, sweetest things anybody had said to me since it happened...and then she sent me a shirt! Since that time, I've worn that thing out, LOL...guess I better buy another one.

Incidentally, I've bought beaucoup DVDs since then and I still feel that Amira's is the best beginner DVD...by far.

What...a sweetheart. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but I'm determined to meet her. She truly is a lovely person.
