Dearest Jugglers:

Anyone on the list willing to Juggle for Peace in front of the Marine Recruiting Station that has recently opened in Berkeley?

CodePINK: Women for Peace is asking you to come to the Recruiting Station at 64 Shattuck Square (just south of University Ave on Shattuck where it runs north) and juggle in front for an hour or two, all day long or a few minutes!

We have launched our "How Berkeley Can U BE" campaign to show the Marines - and our nation - the kinds of things we want and treasure about Berkeley, which is NOT the Marines recruiting our youth and sending them to war.

People are signing up to do a vast variety of things, from vigiling to breastfeeding, setting up an "Open Sidewalk Studios" to honoring those veterans who are refusing to fight.

We were hoping several of you would be willing to come and juggle, teach juggling, practice juggling some time of your choice between 7:30a.m. and 5:00p.m. any week day that works for you during the month of November.

We were especially hoping you might be able to do it this Thursday, Nov 8th from 11:30a-1:30pm. There is a woman who teaches circus arts there on Thursdays but she won't be doing it this Thursday so we need a fill in for her!

PLEASE call Zanne at 510-524-2776 or email if anyone is interested in juggling for peace this month!

Together we WILL end war NOW!

Peace, zanne
