One of my roommates is leaving town for a few months.
Before I post this on Craigslist, I thought I'd put it out here first....
The Apartment:
The Huge living room and dining room with lots of windows and light
All utilities included (internet, cable, electricity, gas)
One fully furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment.
One of our roommates is out of town from Feb 11-May 31 and needs to sublet her room.
The Hood:
108th & Central Park West
-One block to the B/C train at 110th (the entrance is on 109th)
-Across from Central Park
-Restaurants, laundromat, bars, convenience stores, cafes all within walking distance
-Safe neighborhood
Who We Are:
My roommate is a vegetarian Jewish female in her 20's working for a non-profit who likes to cook. I am a 30's male actor, acting teacher and I run a theatre education program. I have a sporadic work schedule and I often work from home. We are both ambitious, liberal, creative, clean, considerate people who care about creating a warm and positive living environment.
Who We Would Like to Live With:
Open-minded, laid-back and chill yet fun and friendly with a sense of humor!
Clean and responsible non-smoker with no pets.
No couples.
The Scoop:
$895/month - February rent will be pro-rated
$895 refundable deposit
Feb 11-May 31 (could possibly be for longer depending on our roommate's plans)
