Does anyone have recommendations of vendors who would carry cab/american restaurant style costumes for a 5'3" 38DD? Thanks in advance!

Re: Cab-style for busty dancers?
Wed, March 26, 2008 - 8:28 AMhave you ordered from necklemenns? one friend who ordered had her set come out fine, but another said they used a flimsy regular bra as a base for hers. I was drooling like mad & ready to order until she told me, now I'm not so sure... -

Re: Cab-style for busty dancers?
Thu, March 27, 2008 - 5:09 PMI specified what kind of bra I wanted them to use. Mine is sewn onto a padded Playtex bra with very sturdy straps and a wide ribcage band. Of course, being a DD size I was pretty sure that any bra they chose would be pretty beefy. All the Necklemann costume bras are decorated regular bras. Normally they use padded, fully supportive bras as a base, but sometimes mistakes are made. I know of one (smaller busted) dancer who said she told them to not use a demi-bra and they did. Obviously, that's not a problem with us. Do they even make demi-bras in DD sizes? -

Re: Cab-style for busty dancers?
Fri, March 28, 2008 - 7:32 PMTruly frightening. I met a dancer in Albuquerque who calls that style of bra "boobs on a half shell". Nearly died laughing. -

Sat, April 5, 2008 - 8:40 PMHi, Lita,
You just have the "L" and the "E" in the name switched and you have an "E" instead of an "A" at the end. It's www.neckelmanns.com.
