Big Brother 7 All Stars: Boogie Is Jealous Of Janelle

Things just keep getting stranger in the Big Brother 7 All Stars house. Yesterday I commented on how strange it seemed when Will, Janelle, Boogie and Erika had there little foursome in the HoH bed on Tuesday night’s live feeds, and that as soon as Will left the bed Mike Boogie quit playing with Erika and rolled over.

Yesterday’s feeds revealed that Mike is a bit jealous of Janelle and the time she is spending with Will. Does Mike have a thing for Will too? You decide, here is some of what was said yesterday.

Mike is talking with Danielle and mentions that he is not happy with what is going on between Will and Janelle. Danielle agrees and Mike goes on to say "I know how it started with him (referring to the planned showmance - Operation Double Date), but I think she is getting to him. I think he is starting to like her and I never anticipated that". Again Danielle just agrees with him and lets him talk. He tells her, "they are getting detached from the rest of the house and closer then I thought would happen. I want to believe that he would never do anything like that to me".

Is Boogie jealous or is he just worried that Will may dump him for Janelle in the Final Two? I think maybe it is a little of both. And I’m beginning to think he may have reason to worry.

Dani tells him that she doesn’t think Will would do that but she worries about all the whispering the two of them do. Are they hiding game talk by pretending to be whispering "sweet nothings" to each other? And Mike says "you just can’t assume things".

Dani brings it back to herself and asks Boogie if she is safe and Mike lies to her and tells her she is staying. Dani says "You would tell me if you weren’t' right?" And Boogie says "Yes". Dani says "I know you guys would tell me because you respect me". Boogie interrupts her and tells her he knows "what I am doing and what Will told me". She asks him if they have told Erika that she is staying and Boogie brushes it off with "She’s assuming". I wonder if anybody in the house is telling anybody the truth.

Last night the jealousy theme resurfaced when Mike accuses Will of cheating on his girlfriend with Janelle. Will gets instantly pissed and raises his voice saying "What are you talking about? That is not cool!" Janelle says "I have a boyfriend", and I’m thinking maybe she did have. Mike talks back to Will, which is something I have never seen him do before, "How about you guys whispering to each other fifty thousand times a day". This really pisses Will of and he shouts "Shut the fuck up! It’s strategy and that is not cool".

The conversation moves on to one night stands with Janelle and Erika saying they never do that and Will saying he wouldn’t because of health issues. Boogie gets increasingly boorish and starts talking about Janelle’s "sponsors", insinuating that she is a prostitute.

Boogie suggests that Will and Janelle go to Vegas and pretend to get married and Will asks why they would do that. Boogie says "Because you guys can do your little flirt thing and you can pretend that you get married even though you have respective others in your life.

Will is trying to make light of what is becoming and increasingly tense situation, "I'm not gonna pretend to get married, I know you Boogie, you'd hire a real minister." Janelle does not help the situation by saying "What if Will and I do get married, we get real drunk and stuff. That's what I'm hoping for". Will says "That's what Boogies wants, a practical joke, and the next thing you know, I'm spending the weekend getting an annulment".

Mike asks "If you guys got out of here and your respective others aren't around would you date?" Will says "It's a flirtmance Boogie, let's not make it weird". Boogie is getting more belligerent and says "Who are you talking to?" Will just says "Myself" And then he tells Boogie that he should support "his relationship more". Boogie says "You need to support me more". He goes on some more about Janelle and her sponsors basically making the case that Janelle is a lying whore. I think he is really becoming concerned that Will is making plans with Janelle that do not include him.

Or is this all just part of the game? How deep are Will and Mike playing? I think most of the feelings in that discussion are real. I think Mike is concerned. And I hope he has reason to be.

Later Will and Boogie are alone and Will tells Boogie that he must step things up with Erika. Boogie says "I can't do what you do". And Will says "She wants it bad". Boogie says "It's not going to accomplish anything" and then says "Last night I was asking her if she wanted us to be like you and she said, no, because what we have is real". They both laugh at that and Boogie says "Oh yeah, it’s real!"

Erika is in for some serious hurt. I hope Will does dump Boogie and take Janelle to the Final Two. And actually Will and Janelle are the two whose play deserves to be rewarded. But in my heart I wish it could be Chicken George and Erika.
