Budget bike parts at department stores

Okay, so, in the past few months I've noticed that both OSH and Target carry basic bike parts like cables and racks and gloves n stuff. What other brand stores carry bike parts? The two I mentioned had good prices on select items--in fact, I was shocked at how cheap basic cables were at OSH (2.79 including the housing!). At Target, you can get a cheap kickstand for $5, and Schwinn padded gloves in an assortment of colors for $13...and not of a bad quality either...just in time for winter, yay! So, where do you go for your cheap bike parts/accessories when you need something basic?

Some places now on my list to check out are: Sears, the Great Satan that is Walmart, Longs, Walgreens, Ace

Of course, these places are for just basic stuff. Since Target sells bikes they naturally had a better selection than OSH. Anyone have any surprises out there on some place totally unexpectedly having good deals or amazing selection on bike accessories?

Funny I have been browsing Amazon online for various bike things that I want and have found some really low prices. Not really "basic" things....more like a little unusual.

Niagra Cycle Works has 27 inch whitewalls for $5 and some change. Bike Parts usa has upright chrome touring bars by Wald for $8.33.

Niagra also carries this bike bell that has a double tone like a door bell...Ding Dong!!

Oh....as for department stores, I was in Sears recently and they carry alot of Bell accessories.

I admit to checking out Devilmart whan I was told they had 27 inch tires for $6. Instead I saw Bell branded "kevlars" for $14 each...
