hi all,

yeah, i couldn't decide if this sounded too hippie, but ive come around to think i'm going...

the registration fees, which are pretty standard for this type of gig, include snacks and refreshments along the way and a post-ride meal. the 100k (62.5mi) and 100 mile rides include a mid ride lunch.

Parking
Parking is available at the Toney Berger Center. Please follow sign for bicycle ride parking. Participants are encouraged to ride their bikes or carpool to the event.

Registration
Online regstration is now open! On Saturday May 13th, pre-registration will be available at the Sunset Valley Farmer's Market. Event day check-in and registration opens at 6:15a.m.

* Recommended Start Times are as follows
o 100 mile: 6:30-7:15a.m.
o 100K: 7:15-8:00a.m.
o 25 miles: 8:00-8:30a.m.
* Registration closes at 9:00a.m.
* This is not a mass start event.

Course
The routes will be marked, and riders will be provided with maps and cue sheets. All roads are open to traffic! Participants must obey all traffic laws. ANSI or Snell approved helmets are mandatory! Please carry a spare tube, patch kit, tire pump, and identification. There will be SAG vehicles patrolling the course. Dial 911 for medical emergencies.

Food and Services
Each rest stop will be well stocked with produce from the farms and other munchies including fruit, boiled potatoes, energy bars, and nut butters from Living Tree Community Foods. The 100K and 100 mile rides include a substantial lunch. After the ride, there will be a delicious vegan meal made from locally grown produce by Les Dames d'Escoffier. The post-ride meal is open from 11a.m-3p.m - please pace yourself accordingly.
