This tribe is to serve as a support group for people who have been diagnosed as bi-polar or manic-depressive. Specifically to assist those currently in a manic or depressive episode who need practical advice for coping with their immediate needs and situation. Due to the sensitive nature of these times for all of us. Negative comments will NOT be tolerated.
