So I am a member of permaburn.org - the year round burning man site. I am going to check out the property this weekend.
This is such a different animal, with ideas of well water, power, it is a neat challenge to undertake.
If nothing else, this will be a good overflow place for those of us who want Burning Man to be like a month instead of a week.
