Guide Dog Berlin Needs Your Help

Please help my wonderful guide dog and best friend, Berlin.

She's my service guide girl for the last seven years. She's helped me through more than 80 surgical procedures. Berlin has developed diabetes and, ironically, is going blind herself. She needs insulin and surgery. Please provide donations to Have A Heart Foundation. Please help save a wonderful guide service animal.
