But Dale makes a damn good breakfast and a bloody mary that's awesome. Totally depends on the hangover factor though. -

Here's what it means:
Scattered - scattered on the grill, cooked and browned
Smothered - smothered with chopped onions
Covered - covered with grated cheese
Diced - add diced ham
Capped - add mushrooms
Personally, I omit the diced and go for my own addition: chipped, meaning chips of REAL BACON!
Bacon IS. Or didn't they teach you that in Playa survival 101?

I was raised in the DEEP south, within shoutin' distance of Georgia, and I've been to EVERY Southern state - Tennessee, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana.
