Boards of Canada are Michael Sandison & Marcus Eoin. Hailing from Scotland, this duo could easily be considered some of the greatest electronic musicians alive. Boards of Canada is an exemplary display of signal processing, advanced sampling techniques, and masterful harmonic progression and melody writing. Sometimes they are minimal, sometimes they are all up in your face, but they are always good. Boards of Canada is something you have to hear for yourself in order to truly grasp any descriptor.
