I want to get an idea of how much space we'll need, and how we're gonna lay this out.

I think we can only get a few people in before Monday. That crew's gonna do most of the setup work.
So please be there for teardown and cleanup on Monday post-event if at all possible.
We'd also like to have a few extra hands packing the truck Friday before, and unpacking
stupid late Monday night after the event. (so Patrick and I don't kill ourselves)

geodesic dome tent thing! (about 10-12' in diameter)
friday: still in boston
saturday: somewhere near 35,000 ft
monday teardown: if i can secure a ride back that'll let me stay this long, i'm all in
monday unpacking: unknown

Monday Unpacking: maybe (working on Tuesday I think)
I'm planning on arriving Wed 8/29 in the late afternoon. But right now I'm driving up alone so those plans (and my vehicle) may change if I find a ride partner.

Pack Bob's truck: Sorry, we will already be at BM
Set up Bob's: Can help some but am committed to CCC 8am - 6pm Fri, Sat and Sun
Tear down Bob's: Yes
Unpack van: No - have to get trailer back to my parents

Arriving Rock-Star style by plane. (no parking spot for plane required)
Current plan is that I will only be there Tues thru Thurday night (alas).

Saturday Setup: nope (still away)
Monday Teardown: nope (away again)
Monday Unpacking: nope (won't be back yet)
I'm sorry to be so unhelpful this year. I had *planned* to be there the whole week and be very very helpful! But such is the life of a girl trying to do it all.... er... fit it all... um...who can't say n ... oh never mind.
These plans are still in development. I'll post an update if the situation changes.

NEWS FLASH!!!
The truck will be leaving 2 days early this year. We're loading on Wednesday morning.
I may be able to get the truck Tuesday night, so everyone who wants to help load wouldn't have to miss work to do it.

Tue, August 14, 2007 - 4:29 PMTruck is reserved. We'll be packing it at my place on Tuesday night Aug 21, at 6pm. Then Patrick and Allen
and I start the long drive on Wednesday. We'll be working at Spike's Vampire Bar for a lot of Wednesday-Sunday.
But we'll have a good bit of camp set up when people arrive on Monday morning.
