Bodhisattva -- What it Means

What is Bodhisattva?
In Tibetan Buddhism, a Bodhisattva is anyone who is motivated by compassion and seeks enlightenment not only for him/herself but also for everyone.

In my personal Opinion, a bodhistattva could be anyone, who helps others achieve what they want out of life. Poetic enlightenment, artistic, enlightment, or even musical enlightenment.

Thinking of what i just can't do
I can't escape these ghosts of you

I hate the way i feel this year

I'm sorry for how we ended
I saw it through, till the end

A stitch in time was all we were
You know it too, baby its true
Sometimes there are things i'd change
We had a few. You know its true

I'm haunted by these ghosts of you
And all the shit you put me through
Thinking of what i just can't do
I can't escape these ghosts of you

If i could drink this year away
You know i would, leave you in a cloudy haze
And if i could afford the tequilla

Maybe i'll sleep this life away

Maybe i should, forget about you.

Welcome to all of you who are interested in The poetry scene in Orlando. To the freaks of Poetry, you are welcomed with open arms and open minds. This is a place of tolorance and goodwill to all poets who wish to share their thought and work with the rest of this group.

Some ground rules

1. Respect each other as you would want to be respected
2. no stealing of works posted here
3. critisism wil be CONSTRUCTIVE, not harmful and no harassment will be tolorated
4. There is no censoring on any poetry, write what you feel...as long as you dont defame anyone directly....use common sense when writing uncensored thoughts.

anyone not following these simple rules will face consequences.
