well i have been doing my jazzersize the last 4 weeks and it has become fun
I struggled with keeping up with the steps (its harder than you think) But as I learn
the steps its not so hard. I still get out of step some times but i find that so do
alot of the other people do to. Oh and alot more guys do it more than I thought.
They are older but still very cool.. I am trying to find a good eatting thing to go
on. I hate to use the word Diet. If I use that word it never sems to last so I use other
positive words to describe a new eatting habit, I do hope all is will on the Body Positive
Tribe.

Mon, March 17, 2008 - 7:41 AMWell, good for you, lady. I think the best way to become healthy is too just eat healthy, not go on some nonsensical diet. Of course, that takes it's own habit forming process. Starting slow by changing just a few things at a time really helps me!

Thu, March 27, 2008 - 8:42 PMso did you pick up some fulfilling eating habits??? weight watchers is a great thing. also eliminating certain foods for a week to ten days, that can help you learn what triggers you. hows it going?
