Re: learning new habit.
Mon, March 10, 2008 - 9:10 AMIt is hard to change habits! One thing that I think has really helped me to lose weight recently is eating small amounts several times a day. This works great for me during the week because I'm so busy that I'm always on the run. But, girl, every weekend I realize that those bad habits are still there because without the busyness to help me, I just want to munch on everything and eat big portions! Anyways, I'm working on it. God gave me a spirit of self-control and, by-golly, I'm gonna learn to use it!!
