heres a couple of things I have on my mind.. first. Has anyone here tried that paul mckenna thing www.mckenna.com/ ? my sisters doing it and its helping I guess.. next thing. I found this and I really like it.. www.flylady.com/ .. it seems to help me with alot of stuff.. and I like waking up to a clean kitchen sink..:) and last but not least.. I quit drinking, I quit smoking.. because i could put them down and walk away, what do i do about the eating issues. I dont eat snack food, or quick food..i eat alot of veggies and fruit.. you know just good for you stuff.. its just that i eat so much. sometimes i feel like my full gauge doesnt work.. anyone have any comments or suggestions..oh yeah when i quit smoking i crocheted some beautiful doilies.. thanks for listening

I'm on atkins, but have stalled out recently. I started the Paul McKenna stuff, and 2 days later, I'm a couple lbs down. BUT, I'm also kinda sick. So, yeah.
