So, I'm officially setting my regular weigh-in day for Friday mornings. Likewise, I'm changing the start of my week for points to be Friday. Obviously, trying to save points for the weekends hasn't been working for me. I think it will be much easier to go ahead and use the points on the weekend and be conservative with whats left than to try to be conservative with what's left on the weekends when I've used points during the week.
My goal is to lose enough weight by the time I leave for France that I can travel comfortably and without my size encroaching on my neighbor's space (and possibly costing me the $$ for an extra ticket, as some airlines do).

Wed, May 14, 2008 - 5:29 PMArgh! Okay, I'm swearing off Chinese food for the rest of the month. It's just too dangerous. After that, I'm limiting myself to twice a month. Thai is okay, but Chinese is out (trust me, that *does* make sense where I'm concerned).
