I thought I'd start a challenge for the Month of April. I hope it will be a way to encourage you to strive for healthy habits without getting discouraged when you have setbacks and also to give you a boost to your self esteem.
So, here's the deal. For your initial post, post three good physical features, at least one of which must be below the neck. After that, every time you weigh in, you'll post to this thread--no matter how often that is. If you lost weight, you must post one good thing about yourself. If you gained, you must post three good things about yourself, at least one of which must be a physical feature. No numbers! I want the focus here to be on giving you a boost--not a guilt trip. As such, you don't have to say "I lost" or "I gained" when you post, just post those positive things! Keep in mind that weight fluctuates frequently, so the more often you weigh, the more likely you are to have to post three a a lot, so try not to weigh yourself more than once a week (I know, that's a hard compulsion to break).

So, my initial list:
1. Nice hair.
2. Long neck.

1) Eyes that change colors.
2) Delicate fingers.

1) My eyes change colors according to the light, what I'm wearing, or what mood I'm in. I think that's pretty cool.
2) My hair also appears to be different colors according to what lighting I'm under, and I think that's cool. I've got strands of pretty much every natural hair color in there somewhere.
3) My French pronunciation isn't that bad for someone who's at the level I'm at. -

1) I've gotten good at silkscreen.
2) I've manage to go from being able to speak just a tiny bit of French to being able to write compositions (with a dictionary and a verb book on hand).
3) I can sew well enough that I should be able to make half of my spring/fall wardrobe.
4) My hair is so thick it balances out the size of my ears...lol. -
