I thought I'd start a challenge for the Month of April. I hope it will be a way to encourage you to strive for healthy habits without getting discouraged when you have setbacks and also to give you a boost to your self esteem.

So, here's the deal. For your initial post, post three good physical features, at least one of which must be below the neck. After that, every time you weigh in, you'll post to this thread--no matter how often that is. If you lost weight, you must post one good thing about yourself. If you gained, you must post three good things about yourself, at least one of which must be a physical feature. No numbers! I want the focus here to be on giving you a boost--not a guilt trip. As such, you don't have to say "I lost" or "I gained" when you post, just post those positive things! Keep in mind that weight fluctuates frequently, so the more often you weigh, the more likely you are to have to post three a a lot, so try not to weigh yourself more than once a week (I know, that's a hard compulsion to break).
