It's almost a done deal. I ask you the Boogie peeps, where would you rather dance your asses off--The Nightlight Lounge, or Rumors? Both are available and holding the date for us. Gotta decide, book it, and start promotions before we leave for Burning Man next week.

Really, since the last time was a Tues, it seems like we could fill the
Nightlight on a Sat. The nightlight has a bigger capacity right?
Rumours does have a more open-feeling dancefloor, and some cooler lights,
but we've got the sweet light setup we could probably setup in the Nightlight.
Either way, I'm stoked!! -

Sat, August 18, 2007 - 7:01 PMcapacity is slightly more at the nightlight. I think it's 450 at rumors & 500 at Nightlight. Venue overhead will be a bit less at Rumors and management is far easier to work with. Rumors loves us and has donated gear to us numerous times in the past--for free. Nightlight is a bit classier and might pull in more people. Either way, I think if we promote the hell out of it, we'll get lots of people.

The sound system is much better, the vibe's way more accepting and intimate, they don't rob you on the drinks and the crew working is MUCH, MUCH more chill than the Nightlight's evil bouncers. I can't wait!!! This is going to be an AWESOME show :D
