I received a wonderful gift certificate to Borders for my birthday, part of which I both the above book. It consists of three books: Interview With A Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and Queen of the Damned. I have only seen the Interview movie, and I liked it, so I am already blasting through the book. It's fantastic!

anne rice to me is one of the best writers when it comes to vampire and witch books. i have read all of her books at least 3 or 4 times each. and i have just started them again i just finished interview with the vampire last week and now I'm almost finished with the vampire lestat which is one of my favorites it really gives you a different look at who he is and why he is who he is.
If any one knows of some other great others that write vampire books please let me know im always looking for new authors to read. Jemiah Jefferson is a good writer as well but here vampire books are very sexual but her writing style is alot like anne rice. But like most writes her vampires have alot of different qualities then anne rice.

I am new to this tribe. So hello all. Anne Rice is one of my fav authors. I have read most of her novels and I am currently reading Blackwood Farms. Lestat joins up with a flegeling vampire. So far, it has been very enjoyable read.
