Has anybody around the bay area seen any shops that carry black steel toe boots in synthetic leather?

I can understand why someone would not want to buy leather, but why non-leather steel toes? The material will get torn up faster than usual. You might want to consider second-hand leather boots with steel toes simply because the quality will most likely be better. -

I did find some however, and so far they work great.
