...but I took them in to a cobbler and had them take off 1 inch from the sole and heel. -

Wed, November 1, 2006 - 9:34 AMIf you look at the boot specs, you'll see that the actual arch is really only a few inches. I wore them all night and only after 6 hours on brick and hardwood did they start to feel "hot on ball".
Mine were for a size 7/8 boot. If you want, because I also live in the bay area, I could bring them by and you could see them and try them. I hate buying stuff from overseas and having to return it ... so I would love to help out if you want. -

Wed, November 1, 2006 - 8:51 PMThe site says order a size larger, and since I wear size 7 normally, a US 8 (UK 7?) seems to be able to work. Would be great to see them in person! We should definitely figure something out.
