Who among us will be attending the annual desert festival i like to call "Boring" Man? We should meet up and go to deep playa to get away from all the stimulation the city offers. We can partake in fruit cups.

Re: Dusty
Thu, July 17, 2008 - 9:46 PMI shall be there. My location is still uncertain. Somewhere at 9:00. I'm bringing 50 dullards with me. Midnight Ridazz Theme Camp. (don't worry, it's a front. We are really boring)
We shall continue the fruit cup tradition. Repetition. Repetition. Repetition. -

Sat, July 19, 2008 - 12:51 AMi'm actually very sad i can't be there this time around.
it is the one place where i feel at home.
it's there where i can be dull, uninteresting, and feel free of ridicule.
i don't even have to talk.
guys, please have a fruit cup every day on my behalf.
but you have to have it on 6 o'clock at 6pm.
and take a picture.
every day.

Sat, July 19, 2008 - 6:33 PMWill do, Remy.
My camp is Doctor LeTaudrie's Freak Show. We're quite dull and usually situated anywhere between 8:00 and 9:00 on B street. Details to follow later. -

Re: Dusty
Wed, July 23, 2008 - 3:47 AMNeigh bores- i get it , it's a nice thought. Even though I will be safely home in not much dust at all, can I be a neigh-bore too? It seems like a worthwhile endeavor.

Re: Dusty
Fri, July 25, 2008 - 2:26 PMWhat is going on here?
Are you people out of your minds?
This is worse than that last flare-up over Scrabble gaming.
When will you call come to your senses? -

Re: Dusty
Fri, July 25, 2008 - 2:35 PMAfter a copious rereading of these posts, I realized I mistakenly placed a "c" before the "all" in the fifth from the last word in my last post.
I admit this is probably due to the fact that I was on the verge of suggesting you all stay home and have a glass of orange juice instead, as I am doing.
I admit, friends, that this glass of orange juice is mixed with a very small - in fact an almost infintessimal - amount of Campari.
Thus, in all likelihood, the cause of the misplaced "C" - a Freudian slip on my part that I confess to with deepest regrets and embarassment. I certainly would not want anyone here to think me hypocritical.
Have fun. Carry on. But, take my word for it, staying home with a drink would suit you all better. -

This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.
Re: Dusty
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 1:20 AMNow I am worried, it looks like Jm is becoming a party guy, even if it is in a dull manner, it is a concern.I also hope all of you dust bunnies are doing all you can to bring the D&U ethics to that crazy gathering. -

Re: Dusty
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 5:15 PMWorry not, dear lady. Staying home with a pint (or 7) can, with practice, be as boring as staying home sober. -

Re: Dusty
Sat, August 2, 2008 - 1:08 PMAnd, meanwhile, I have plenty of my own dust right here, and a handy bottle of Pledge.
I find one square of paper towel per 2 square feet of surface works perfectly and saves on paper, if you turn it halfway through. Of course, then you have to wash your hands afterward, and that uses soap.
But it's always nice to use extra soap when you know you have another bar handy, fresh and waiting.
Sometimes (oops!) I use just a bit more soap than is really necessary, in the excitement of starting on that new bar. -

Re: Dusty
Sat, August 2, 2008 - 1:11 PMOf course, the excitement all lies in choosing a variety of various and sundry soaps when shopping.
I sometimes pity you poor dullards who always buy the same fragrance of soap.
I like a little zest in my life. It gives me so much to look forward to.
Excuse my ending a sentence with a preposition.

Sun, August 3, 2008 - 8:01 AMDiana, We will be at 9:00 and Dart.
Look for Midnight Ridazz Theme Camp.
All that excessive dust and constant heat will prove to make it a dull experience.
