Hey Everyone,
Wanted to let everyone know that there are currently three places to go in and around Boston to learn, share, and discover the spinning arts. These are all free. The only expectation on you are that you are serious about learning and that you are willing to share what you have learned with others. These are all indoor non-lit practices and some equipment is provided for new folks.

BU – Monday Nights
Time - 6 - 8:30pm
Location - BU Art Building (CFA)- 855 Comm Ave. Boston - B line - BU West stop
Rm - Music performance auditorium, rm 109, or 106 (usually 109 though - take a right just before the elevators – L at end of hall, left at end again, send door on right)
– hopefully this will soon return to the SAC gym soon

Salem State College (in Salem) Thursday Nights
Time – 6-8
Location - Go to the O'Keef center (Lowell St. heading towards Lynn away from Salem – parking lot is on left across from the Mobil past the McDonalds. Big sign with blinking lights)
On the far side of the parking lot is the main entrance which is an elevated ramp to the second floor, go in that door.
First Right you can take, first room on the right. Big multipurpose gym like room.

MassArt Sunday Morning
Time 11-1
Location - The entrance to the gym is on Tetlow St, Boston, MA 02115. It's right off of Huntington. It is the building next to the really tall building. If you go up the stairs outside where all of the bikes are you go into that building and the gym is straight ahead.
