I got it down to about 685 miles this week. That represents approximately a 31% drop. How did the rest of you do?

i didn't do so well... i drove 44 miles M-F and another 175 to Santa Cruz and back over the weekend. That's a huge increase! I'm disappointed - not in my trip miles but in my increase in weekday miles :(
next week will be better -

Tue, October 4, 2005 - 10:54 AMActually on Tuesday Night Mem and I were going back and forth as to whether or not to attend the Grove Burn. She settled it by saying "and we need to save on gas". Additionally I've been seriously curtailing my convenience driving. For instance, on Saturday Night I would have been inclined to drive with Mem and Moni to dinner, return home, change, and head out to the gig we did, but instead we walked in to the restaurant in full regalia, weathered the stares of the oompa-loompas that run the joint, and TOTALLY FUCKING PIGGED OUT in leather, fishnets, and CFM boots. -

I had way higher gas mileage this week, 583 as i drove out to fairfax for the Groove Garden,....alas...not disappointed in the trip, just the miles on my trip meter....
did manage a drive free day this week though, went down to the river an' kicked it with a friend and our dogs....didn't do some other stuff that wouldv'e required driviin'. An' although i'll be comin' out fer Sf Decom, i'll be carpoolin' and avoid the drivin' and parking my big phat truck that eats up gas......and gets me where i'm going most of the time....so less mileage next week fo' sho'.
