Wed, February 21, 2007 - 6:00 PMSee now this one has an easy fix to bring the big bad boy back in line while still staying true to its core values.
If they fire half of the men and reduce the compensation for the remaining half by 15%, they will have a gender neutral pay structure and a 44% reduction in compensation expenses!
