From 6:30am to 7:30am at Bungo Beach East 66th street every Sunday a wonderful elder teaches great yoga moves to refresh the spirit and help u start ur day. All u need to do is bring ur blanket or ur own yoga mat wear something comfortable and be ready to stretch and laugh. 3 dollar love donation( mandatory) or more that u can give.
At Sacred flow temple my sister Audunni does a great job at really stretchin and pulling out some unwanted energy. With a combination of different styles (those u'll have to ask her cause i'm still new at this lol) and breathing techniques she'll have u floating out the doors. it every sunday at 12:00pm - 1:00PM. 10 dollar love donation (mandatory) or more that u can give. Now I there are other classes too but i will stick to the yoga for now. the number there is 773-324-2812. they will be moving soon but call and book yourself. peace and love i'll keep u updated.
