I'm a breakfast junkie...i think it's my favorite meal of the day...especially when you can hit a great little mom and pop for a big ol omelette and a good cup of joe...

This is a vicarious creation in lieu of my dream of travelling the country and eating at the great american mom and pop breakfast joints, and writing a book about it...
