I'm not feeling so masterful right now

My first son, I breastfed until 10 months and he didn't get teeth until after that. My wee one now, he's getting teeth. Lots of the. Quickly. He broke the skin on my nipple and now every nursing on that side is an agony unto itself. Just bumping the boob by accident hurts. It's not red, it doesn't look infected, but BOY DOES IT HURT.

Thanks for your ears (eyes LoL) =D

I responded to your post in bellydancing mamas, but I just feel like adding more sympathy here... I never had problems with biting, but I did go through some cracked-nipple hell with my first and I sure recall the wonderful feeling of just DREADING to let that nipple in their mouth.... /sigh. Fortunately nipples heal fast...

I had the lovely cracked nipples when he was a newborn. You know, thinking about it, Breastfeeding and I don't get along all that well. But it is soooooo worth all the pain and frustration.
I had some really bad bouts of mastitis with Riverson, had a good one with Cian early one. Had my first clogged milk duct week before last. Engorgement trying to figure out how to get Riv to latch on. But their faces are soooo adorable when they nurse. LOL
