So it is almost the end of summer, and to me, a beginning of a new year. So I felt the need to look back and reflect...
I quit my job again in March in an attempt to pursue my inner callings. I manifested Winston into my life, which has been a necessary tool for this summer's adventures. Our first adventure with winston was going to oregon to get him legal, which was awesome, because I never got to experience the beauty up that way. Next, we took Winston down to the National Sequoia forest and soaked up in the hot springs before heading down to the mojave to dance away the day and night. After that, I went to Europe for first time in April, another awesome manifestation. Here I was able to experience life from a non-american standpoint, which was so beautiful to me. I got to explore places I had only dreamed about before. When I got back, I met up with the girls, and took a trip to clearlake, and spent a few days on an island reconnecting with my amazing friends. Then I was in and around san francisco and santa cruz, soaking up the summer, going to outdoor trance festivals. We went up Garbervillle (up near arcata) for an amazing time dancing at Goagil. We also took an awesome trip down to Big Sur, where the first night we spent camping beside the ocean marvelling at the this wonderful and peacefull place. Then we spent a few days at Esalen visiting my dad, and decided to do a a work study there, as Esalen is a very magical place. I got a full time job in San francisco for five weeks so I could get funds ready for burning man. I got a job doing something I thought I couldn't do, and ended up have an awesome experience, and meeting some great people. After that I spent some time up in Sonora with my family, and took a beautiful hike to this place called god's bath, that is on river, surrounded by trees. Then I started getting ready for burning man. Yesterday I got back from Nevada, and an awesome experience in the desert for a week.

So what's next?

We are headed back to San Francisco for a couple weeks in September. Then I will finally take my trip down to Arizona to see Sedona, and the grand canyon, something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. After that we will being doing a work study on shamanism and astrology in Esalen. We will be there until November 18th. After that, I plan on working full time, probably for Norweigan cruise lines, up until may. Then I will take all my hard earned money and go back to Europe with maddie for two months. So far on the agenda is Vienna, Ireland, Spain, and germany. Then we will go to the Boom festival instead of burning man next year.

So why write about all this?

Well, in writing this I am able to see how much I can truly accomlish if I put my mind and manifesting to work. There was a point in my life where I would place false limtitations upon myself, and thought that I would never be able to do any of the things I have done since march. All of this has been such an amazing growing experience for myself, and I have learned so many things that make me who I am today. One day I will write a book so I can really share the depth of my lessons and experience. I am so grateful for all I have, all I have experienced, all the beautiful people I have met , and all that is come.

Till the next long, boring blog....

Love, light, & unlimited gratitude

Tales of Venice and Rome

Venice was amazing!! A city built on water ways, oh how I loved venice! For the public transit system, they used boats instead instead of buses, and there were no cars, it was like a maze of tall buildings. So mysterious...I loved walking around the city, getting lost in the maze, and then turning a corner and finding a beautiful waterway with a sunset at the edge; or finding a man paddling a gondola boat with a couple sitting cuddled in the seats. I loved walking over the bridges at night, seeing the sparkiling city lights reflect off the water. Such a wonderful experience!

Rome was so fasinating because of the architechture. It is so interesting to look at buildings and structures that were built so long ago. I would sit and stare at these structures wondering how they were built in a time when there was no modern technology. They must have been so remarkable in their time, and it must have took so long. I loved the castles in rome, I have a thing for castles. There is one in london that I want to explore, and now that I am back in london, I hope I get to see it.

Well thats all for now folks, I leave London in 7 days, and I am very excited to come home. I loved Italy and england, but you always treasure your own country much more when you're far away, and I can't wait to be with Winston and the girls again.

Stay tuned for whatever is next, who knows where the breeze will blow me next....

Hello all...
Here I am, back where I started...My cousin passed away and that is part of the reason I find myself here so soon. I left last thursday at night and took a 14 hour greyhound ride to Oakland, got off the bus and went straight to the funeral in Richmond...a long and tiring journey that was. Things got very intense back at the bus, some things were said, bad decisions were made, and it made it a lot easier to come home and recharge. I did my best to take the lessons I learned with only gratitude, although sometimes I feel bitterness bite at my side. Had things not happened the way the did, I would not have taken with me the knowledge I did. On the way back, the bus happened to stop or drive past every place that the bus broke down, ( I mean really, all 8 places) and the irony, and I relived every experience, feeling frustation that I never got to be a part of that bus running again or a part of the first free food feeding that we intended to have. But I was able to look past all that and appreciat what I have gained.

So now....I am relaxing in the moutains in Sonora, recharging for whatever is to come next, and dealing with the loss of my cousin, and the loss of a friend. It has been great to get a shower every day, free coffee in the morning, I got to go to a lake yesterday with my cousins and go boating and kneeboarding. After this weekend, I will be headed over to Sac, I would love to see my friends there...I'll spend some healing time up at my dad's property, lounging by the gorgeous river.. And then...

I am waiting on a call from Pan, he may or may not leave the bus depending on the running staus of it. If he calls, we will head out on the next adventure, whether its finding jobs at burning man to get our butts in, or heading to arizona to check out Sedona. And eventually, I hope, I will make it over to the islands.

Love to all who are missed ( I look forward to seeing some of you shortly)

Italy ponders

Greetings from Italy!!!

For this particular update, I have decided to type out one of my journal entries.

Journal entry on April 10th, 2007
Location: Italy (on top of mountain in val grande)
Journal entry reads: Oh my god! What to say...I have to start from the begining. So we arrive at Elle (jesse,s girlfriend) parents house, and it was like a dream. Awaiting us was beautiful table on a 2nd story porch with the most wonderful food I have ever tasted. There was salad (salata), three different types of the most delicious cheese you can imagine, fresh warm bread, a vegetarian pizza pie with spinache & cheese that her mom made especially for me because I dont eat meat, some of the best wine I have ever tasted, and another italian dish made with cheese, potatoes, and eggs. (side note: little did I know there was a normal day meal and there was many more to come, including breakfast with best caffe lattes of my life) The dinner was amazing and we fiested! Then we found our way to the most comfortable bed and slept for 16hours, as we had been traveling over a span of 24 hrs with little sleep.

(this journal entry to be continued...up next: story of the 4 days in the wilderness on top of a mountain)

I leave for venice in 4 hours, wish me luck!

Love to all who are dearly missed
(especially the mrrow mrrows!)

Hey everyone!
So I have been in london for a week now, and it has been very exciting. The architechture of the buildings is very amazing in central london. We walked the river in london at night, and it reminds me of a fairytale, especially the tower bridge. And there was a castle....the tower of london I think? I've never seen a castle before! My cousin jesse's girlfriend has her friends visiting from Italy, so I have been trying to learn some italian because we leave for mulan tomorrow. Last night we went to a crazy underground party that was in these tunnels by the london bridge. It was so awesome!!! The venue was phenominal, it was everything that psy parties in the states try to be, but just aren't there yet. It was like a party in outerspace land, and the tapestries on the walls were unbeleivable. I had such a good time! I have some great pictures and I'll post them when I can.
Til next time
love&light

***Update*** My last adventure and my adventure to come!

Hello everyone!!!!

So I thought I'd catch everyone up and send some more pics of my last adventure. I went to the national sequoia forest and soaked up some good minerals in the hot springs there. I took some great hikes and got rejuvenated mentally and physically. It was beautiful and healing there, sometimes we get so busy and forget to stop and do nothing for a couple days, and thats what I did, complete and utter relaxation. From there we packed up (we had 7 people jammed into the winston) and drove out to the mojave desert for a gathering under the beautiful night sky. There are so many stars! It is breathtaking, and the sunrise was incredible, at one point when the sun was peaking up there were all colors of the rainbow in the sky, it was so awesome!!! I danced away my worries in the desert and came back to San Francisco fully charged.

So a week from tomorrow I leave for london! woohoo! I am so happy I was able to make this happen for myself, and I can't even begin to explain my excitedness! The plan is london to mulan, mulan to rome, then maybe venice? and back to london. I will be out there until April 30th, and then you'll get a post with some awesome stories and incredible pictures.

Just so everyone knows, I am so incredibly happy and healthy right now, and I can't begin to tell you how amazing it is to follow your dreams. I love having the freedom to do as I wish, when I wish, and nothing holds me back, I am for once in my life completely and utterly free. Free from worry, stress, and anything negative, and it feels so good!!!!

Thank you all for your support

stay tuned...

much love

Woo hoo! We're running on veggie oil....

Yay! Hip hip hooray! So finally, after much hard work, patience, trial and error, grease, and oil...our bus successfully runs on veggie oil. We made it from vacaville to above Sac tonight with absolutely no breaking down. Tomorrow we are going to start the journey to colorado and hopefully make it to the Rainbow gathering by July 1st.

Now for catch up...Let's see, what I did while I was vallejo...I went to the gay pride parade which was fun as always. The guy who took us had a pet rooster( also known as a cock) and wore a sign to the parade that said "man with two cocks", that was entertaining. And actually, by the time I left the rooster had fell in love with me, and every time I would walk in the gate he would charge me and try the fertilize my feet (if you know what I mean, I had never been mounted by a cock before this). This was quite entertaining too....I learned how to dumpster dive for veggie oil, I was a big grease ball afterwards and smely like nasty french fries. Oh how absolutely appreciative that I was of my 1st shower in a long time today. well thats it for now, love to all.

Where to begin....things get better before they get worse!?!?
Did not make it to the rainbow gathering, I was broke down in Elko, Nevada. This is where I spent my fourth of july, and a week in a half. My home was dirt lot in the middle of the desert. At this point, the only girl on crew took off to rainbow with the "support" vehicle, but we gained a new crew member named Pan, who I have to come to love as a brother. Anyways, we ended up here with $0 and blown head gaskets. After looking around, we were told it would cost $1000 to just look at it, not fix it. Among this and the internal conflicts that occured, things were pretty grim. This was break down # 6 and the toughest yet. I broke down one night, but I got it back together and remembered the cause we had. We raised $600 in 3 days flying signs by the freeway, and got our baby fixed with the sweat and blood of Nik and JIm. GO Boys go! We got help from the community, it was pretty amazing. So we roll out..happy as hell thinking that was the time....
**BaM*** f*** BEEP BEEP! Things get worse before they get better?!? Breakdown #7...
Made it to Utah, middle of F***ing nowhere at a rest stop in the Salt flats. So this time the rocker arm assembly came loose and threw a push rod through the valve cover, big boo boo if you kwon what I mean. So Jim and Nik hitch a ride 100 miles to Salt lake city with a measley $100. Meantime, me and Pan go stir crazy for a day and half at the rest stop surrounded but nothing by salt and mountains...beautiful and breath taking indeed, but not somewhere you want to be stranded in for awhile, with everthing at leat 15 miles away in heat. So we raided the family picnics at the rest stop and waited...and waited....I began to watch the 2nd sunset there and suddenly I was surrounded by raibow hippies, NIk, Jim, and the girl crew member (vena) with all the parts need to fix our bus. Saved! So we fix it again, we have hope burning inside as we push our way up towards salt lake city...

****CLank clunk...bam! F***, s***, dammit!!! Rolled into a truck stop 30 miles from salt lake.....Things get worse before they better!!!!????

Here I am ...3 days at the flying J, holding on, loosing hope, learning, growing...appreciating it all....learning lessons, learning community, love, friendship...endurance.....

What now you may ask? who the f*** knows, new bus? new engine? back to $0 and a broken bus....breakdown #8....hmmmm... we will see...

Love to all who are missed dearly

Wow...the only word I can think of. A strange and challenging venture so far. So it began in Bekerley/ "nice" oakland. That is where the bus was located. We spent a couple days fixing the problems we believed were the problems with the bus. I learned how to get food when I was hungry, I worked one night for 15 min sweeping and mopping and doing dishes for one meal, I went to church feeding another time, I even spare changed for a McChickien sanwich at McDoneald's. So when we got the bus running after 3 days, we headed out running on veggie oil. We broke down on the 980 on ramp in Oakland, shall I say a really bad part of oakland. Me and Nik ran off to get jumper cables in a neiborhood of druggies and hookers, a place you don't want to walk the street at night. On a pointless venture into the ghetto, we return to our broke down bus to find the police. We had to get towed, and $200 later we end up in the semi-ghetto. We fix the bus again, borrowing electricity for the batttery charge from the day care center we ended up next to. we get it running and are headed out of Oakland and break down again at a shell station in an even worse part oakland( the evil vortex of oak land that kept sucking us in) We spend 6 hrs at the gas station trying to get our baby started until security threatens to have us towed. Then the Crack dealer of oakland came to rescue with his big black bus and towed us off the property. You get help from the people you least expect in a place like oakland. We spend 2 days in this alley, and when night fell there were crackheads running around our bus. So here we get new parts for the bus, and work out more kinks. Me and the other lady of the crew spend the days running cans to get diesel from people who are pumping gas and are willing to share. The whole point of this was to get the fuel lines cleaned out from the veggie oil that clogged in the fuel lines. So finally on the third day in the ghetto of Oakland we get the bus running on diesel, and got the hell out of oakland. Now I am in Vallejo at a friends, I finally got to shower (as I was fully saturated with grease and diesel), To be continued....(out of time) Love to all who are missed...
