WEEK 1

Layering:
hip locks with chest tilts, chest circles with hip circles, sidewinders, ¾ shimmies on the up and the down, ¾ shimmies on the down, 3/4 shimmies on the up with Arabics, chest circles with travelling
Combo’s:
1) Shoulder locks with chest tilts 1and2, 3-4 chest circle vertical, 5-6 chest circle horizontal, 7-8 figure of eight
2) sidewinder right 1-2, left 3, 4 is chest circle with floreo, 5 is undulation from up to down with arm wave, 6-7 figure of eight up to down and 8 is chest lift

    3) hip drop front back 1-2 + figure of eight 3-4+ drag 5-7 + and8 chest double lift
    4) maya with chest circle + 2 undulations down to up with travelling

      Quads-glutes-abs

      Undulation down to up + travelling, maya’s with chest circles, taxeem with chest circles, sidewinders, thumps, horizontal chest circles,

      Combo’s:
      1) Shoulder locks with chest tilts 1and2, 3-4 chest circle vertical, 5-6 chest circle horizontal, 7-8 figure of eight
      2) sidewinder right 1-2, left 3, 4 is chest circle with floreo, 5 is undulation from up to down with arm wave, 6-7 figure of eight up to down and 8 is chest lift
      3) hip drop front back 1-2 + figure of eight 3-4+ drag 5-7 + and8 chest double lift
      4) shoulder roll left back + figure eight horizontal with chest + lift left hip + and4 hip drops left + 5 come forwards with chest slide with arm waves + hip circle horizontal + tilt left hip up on 7 + and8 thumps left right down
