Wow - how much time do you have? I try to take things as they come, as close to face value as I can... but I sense that there is just too much symbology and syncronicity beneath the surface to be ignored, so I wind up following my gutt instincts a lot. Beyond that, I have things I'm fond of saying that sort of define me. Such as:
"I've got no truck with faith, but a deaf, dumb, and blind faith scares the living shit out of me."
"My live is merely an amalgum of serendipitous events."

3. Would you have my back in a fight?
It really depends on the purpose of the fight I guess. There are so many variables to examine, but for the purposes of this demonstration, let's just suppose I came upon you while throwing down... knowing nothing whatsoever of the situation, if I call you my friend, I'm obligated at the least to jump in and take an ass beating with you. (Although frankly, I prefer to hop in and deliver an ass-whippin' to the "enemy" of the perceived moment. It is better to give, than receive after all.)

This is one hell of a slippery slope - I fight with this a lot. There are truths that are miniscule (and needn't be developed from mole hill into a full blown mountain) and then there are life-threatening/altering issues. What I feel is in your best interest is merely what _I_ (can I substitute my ego here?) think is right for you... requires too much judgement. I think with this in mind, I'd prefer to live in a "high speed" fashion... if I have a thought that I believe is germain to you, I'd prefer to just blurt it out and see where we fall with your responses. :)

Assuming I'm really remembering _you_ it would have to be on the battlefield together, back to back, during the crusades several past lives ago.

Odd or interesting... hrm. OK how's this. My parents hail from two small towns twelve miles from one another in rural Missouri. They had never met one another until introduced at, of all places, Woodstock. My Father, then 22, robbed my 16 year old mother's craddle, and here I am. (That, and I'm the rare 35 year old who can say he has seen Led Zepplin perform live - Daddy couldn't get a sitter in '77 while in Chicago!)
