Just wondering , are there other americans living and working here. I have lived here nearly a year and have met zero americans. hoping that someone will write back and share thier experiences !

I was there about a year ago for a month and hung out with a few Americans. Many of them were in school out past Palermo, but a few were working for some of the high tech companies down by the waterfront. Best bet is to head out to the big clubs and/or to the smaller bars in Palermo.
I noticed that there were a TON of brits working in BA. There's a bar called Gilbraltar (Peru 895) in San Telmo that we hung out at on a regular basis. A lot of ex-pats hang out there and it's pretty easy to make friends. Try the curry. I miss BA!

they have dinners allot and such things.
