Re: How'd all you sexxy bitches find us already?
Fri, November 4, 2005 - 6:29 PMOne By One, Our Friends Arrive
one by one
our friends
filled with joy and quest
begin to arrive
one by one our friends
the worshipers of ecstasy
begin to arrive
more friends and sweethearts
filling you with love
are on their way
darlings of spring
journeying from gardens
begin to arrive
one by one
living their destiny
in this world
the ones who are gone are gone
but the ones who survived
begin to arrive
all their pockets
filled with gold
from endless treasures
bringing gifts
for the needy of the world
begin to arrive
the weak and the exhausted
the frightened by love
will be gone
the rejuvenated
the healthy and happy
begin to arrive
the pure souls
like the spectrums
of the shining sun
descending from the high heavens
to lowly earth
begin to arrive
luscious and happy
the blessed garden
whose heavenly fruits
spring forth
from the virgin winter
begin to arrive
those who are born
from the roots
of generosity and love
taking a journey
from paradise to paradise
begin to arrive -

Re: How'd all you sexxy bitches find us already?
Wed, November 9, 2005 - 3:15 AMFinding you was the easy part. Finding the balance that will make this work is the challenge. It will involve hard questions, and selfless answers. Personally, I'm not sure people would have been ready for this kind of thing until very recently, but then again, I'm ridiculously young and naive.
Thank you for the lyric. Here's one of my very recent lyrics:
The Grudging Acceptance of Reality
It's coming
It's coming
It's waiting in the wings
Are you ready
Are you hopeful
Are your hands clean,
are your hands clean
All of our lives
waiting for something
peering past markers
left backwards in time
Your crying
We're crying
Something has escaped us
Are you ready
Are you hopeful
effort and patience
effort and patience

Re: How'd all you sexxy bitches find us already?
Sun, November 13, 2005 - 3:39 PMIt's easy to find something that resonates, even in a haystack of thousands of posts... I hadn't read the BM tribe in a while, and this jumped out of the fluff at me. And you had just given yourself a bunch of cred since I had just finished reading your Fire on Ice post....
Anyways, Michael is right -- the birth of something good is about getting the right group of people at the right time, who can give energy and support to an idea in it's infancy. I look forward to seeing this grow.

Re: How'd all you sexxy bitches find us already?
Thu, July 13, 2006 - 4:16 AMsearching tribes using one word: permaculture.
Since I wander out to the playa every few years, and permaculture is important to me in my emergency relief and disaster recovery work, I thought I'd pop in, lurn stuf, and maybe find yet another reason not to put beans in my nose. It would make my long departed grandmother very happy to know I'm not putting beans in my nose. Of course, had she not warned me against said activity in the FIRST place, it most likely would never have occured to me. Ah, but I see by your expression I have once again said too much, and now the mystery is gone. I die inside knowing I have murdered the mystery with my prattle of beans in noses. We had a moment, but the moment is gone.
I will never forget you.
Farewell.
