Ambassador seeking sanctuary (and then some)

Yours truly, Ambassador Shizlan,
a.k.a. Luke "LuKas" A. ShootingStar--
is/am/arr seeking temporary or long term sanctuary
in a new and safe "port-of-call." It is not necessary
nor crucial that I stay in the area I have been now
for more almost a year--however, I regard it
as very important that I remain in the NW--
Cascadia, a.k.a. the Kingdom of An Tir.

Currently, I reside in an eco-village here
in Eugene (a.k.a. the Barony of Adiantum.)
I am considering moving up to Portland again.
I just moved down from there last year, though.
I thought that Maitreya eco-village was home, but
it appears as though that was not the case.
There are just too many people here
and no options that I can see
in the near future to expand
the property boundaries.
I considered building
subterranean-style, but
the folks here are a bit naive
as to what the underground can offer.
I don't know if the authorities here in Eugene
would be keen on it should they ever
catch wind of the happenstance.

I have found that, as far as it goes within
the private sector, subterranean construction
is costly and there is lots of red tape to get through--
not to mention the expenses associated with it.
I don't think that universities have as much
difficulty with the issue though--hmm... ;)
Perhaps submarine construction may
be easier to accomplish, but, uhhh--
umm...yeah. Anyway, I digress.

I am presently seeking a community arena
where-in I may more fully exercise my
mental and physical "abili-faculties."
In addition, I have accumulated
a good amount of valuable items for use
within a group experience/business similar to
movements such as: City Repair, Co-op America, CALL,
Un Solo Pueblo, PeaceWorks, Solidarity Network,
FIC, CALC, Sustainable Tourism Network,
and the list goes on and on...(etc.)

I wouldn't mind staying here in Eugene
and expanding such movements
here in this area--allied with
the businesses that I
founded, surely.

I have to talk with the representative for Metco
a little more to find out the particulars
concerning the warehouse location
that I mentioned--the one that
is downtown and across
the street from the
federal building
that is almost finished
with the initial construction.

We would like to be set-up in position
with the ability to tap the market
of coffee/espresso for all
of the employees that
will be coockoo for caffeine--
pouring out of that shining glass edifice
come dawn, noon, and rush hour.

That of course is just one venture
that could be run out of the warehouse.
I'll just allude to the nightclub--discoteque also--
from which the $1200/month rent could easily be
generated from alone--but the big mind trick
would be to negotiate for at least one
responsible individual to reside
at the location in the capacity
of "resident keeper"
as I like to call that
particular function.

Well, come what may, consider me in transition.

Any helpful advice or suggestions
relating to this current situation
would be greatly appreciated.

I may be looking into moving over to the Alpha Farm.
>From my preliminary investigations, they may appreciate
my skills and the items/equipment I have accumulated.

I will keep you All
caught-up-dated
and well in-formed.

Yours truly, in service,

LuKas
