Lagomorpha is the taxonomical Order that all bunnies, rabbits, and hares belong to. Lagomorphs have the ability to produce two types of fecal material, one that is wet and eaten again for further nutrient absorption, and one that is dry and discarded. (they eat poo!) The relative success of most Lagomorphs is due in large part to its high reproductive capacity. The mating season begins with the first warm days in late February and continues into September. Throughout the breeding season, dominant males maintain territories of 3 to 25 acres where they breed with the majority of receptive females. (bunny sluts!)
Both the male and female exhibit wild, leaping courtship antics before breeding takes place. (that's hot.)
Males will readily breed with any receptive female and do not assist in the care and protection of the young. (deadbeat bunnies!)
