Let's meet in a Face to Face:
Please don't assume "someone else" will take care of things.
This is your opportunity to step up and own some of Burn BC and it's sub-projects.

I expect posters and Flyers to be ready for Saturday.
I'd like to meet with people who have time this weekend that would like to participate in "The Cirque De Sag".

Things we're looking at are:

* Posters: Key locations for posters (The Drive, Main St, West End, Kits), do you want to put up a few?
* Flyers: I'd like to give out a bunch of Flyers for people to selectively disseminate, to people we think would be interested.
* Decorations: Red & Gold (coordinated by Snow Dragon)
* Art: Can we get more Art out to this and future events
* "Volunteers": Door staff, and a few other details
* Performance Artists, and Musicians: We need to lock down the set list by the 16th of November
* Transport vehicles
* Anything you can think of that we may have missed.

I'm not asking for anything more then people want to offer.
A little goes a long way, especially in "tear down".

If you have an hour on Saturday and want to have some FREE BEER.
Show up and I'll buy the pitchers.
